The city of Frondal was a city of innovation and vastly different from all other cities and regions of Lomron. This city goes against all other beliefs of Lotusm that isn't Frondloism, it is not built around nature it is built over nature. This city is under the control of High Priest Frondlo who controls it from his holy halls at The Superiority District (Frondal).
