Providence
The Crow Queen could enter the minds of her followers at will to have them speak with her voice. Similarly, she commanded entire murders of crows and could scry through their senses.
In 626 The Crow Queen erected a fortress over the ruins of Drakthru following the Masquerade Massacre. Prior to the destruction, crow faced humanoids could be seen mingling in the crowds.
