The Heart of Trottia

A large hand made out of some type of dark steel reaches it's fingers out from the ground pointing up to the sky. This is the Trottian Council's building. Nobody except the council is allowed inside. It is said that if you put your ear up to it's walls you can hear the beating of a heart inside.
