Rhatheo "Rat" Angler was a middle-aged human man. His head was bald, but that was often concealed by his almost black rimmed hat. He had a medium-length, dark brown beard which was often well trimmed.
He was always clad in kilt, and often brigandine armor. At times he could be seen armed with daggers of different kinds all over his person.
