Gibb (/dʒɪb/, "JIBB") was a major deity of the law and its virtue in society. He was king of the moon and commanded the tides.
Description
editGibb was often depicted as a stern and wizened man with gaunt skin cast half in shadow. His symbols were the man-in-the-moon, the scepter and the phallus.
History
editGibb once served as a reclusive deity of the crescent moon. After aiding Venursol in her coup for the Pellucid Throne he was granted the role of chancellor for his pantheon. According to some apocryphal canons an incarnation of Gibb was the progenitor of the Avalonian Elves.
