Ramiel DeWülf was a noble scion from Winterwend. Before joining the Campaigners in Humanity 107, he had a reputation for being a rakish, "good-for-nothing" troublemaker.

Ramiel DeWülf was an athletically built man with bright, "joyful" eyes. His deep brown hair hung in unkempt curls about his ears, and his chin seemed perpetually stubbled. At a young age he already bore scars from a wide variety of injuries, though most were made subtle by expert medical care. He was described as very handsome by himself.
