The main Trottian council consisted of four people, these people were the most important people in all of Trottia. The council were those that control Trottia and they had split the lands into four different regions, North, South, East and West. The semi-council consisted of smaller factions within Trottia.

Council members: Jurant Guro (Leader of the North), Elira Den (Leader of the South), Fantavio Grendale (Leader of the East) and Ivona Flamur (Leader of the West)
