editQalgrys was the top layer of hell. It was ruled by Qalgryn and consisted of a fiery landscape.
The Fire Scamps were introduced to Qalgrys after Qalgryn visitied to the Elemental Plane of Fire and returned with a few. The creatures adapted quickly and thrived. Within a relatively short time, their population exploded, eventually surpassing the imps in being the most common inhabitants of Qalgrys.
