The Fire Scamps were introduced to Qalgrys after Qalgryn visitied to the Elemental Plane of Fire and returned with a few. The creatures adapted quickly and thrived. Within a relatively short time, their population exploded, eventually surpassing the imps in being the most common inhabitants of Qalgrys.

Qalgrys was the top layer of hell. It was ruled by Qalgryn and consisted of a fiery landscape.
