== Description ==

{{this}} was often depicted as a stern and wizened man with gaunt skin cast half in shadow and pallid hair. In these depictions he was clad in silver regalia and ivory garb and draped in pearl and opal necklaces. His symbols were the man-in-the-moon, the scepter and the phallus.

== History ==

{{this}}  once served as a reclusive deity of the crescent moon. After aiding [[Venursol]] in her coup for the [[Pellucid Throne]] he was granted the role of chancellor for his pantheon. 

Gibb was wed to [[Thlepis]]. Many cultures observed the shadow of a simurgh when gazing at the moons surface.
