== Description ==

{{this}} was often depicted as a stern and wizened man with gaunt skin cast half in shadow. His symbols were the man-in-the-moon, the scepter and the phallus.

== History ==

{{this}}  once served as a reclusive deity of the crescent moon. After aiding [[Venursol]] in her coup for the [[Pellucid Throne]] he was granted the role of chancellor for his pantheon. According to some apocryphal canons an incarnation of Gibb was the progenitor of the [[Elf|Avalonian Elves]].
