Aillas was the first and only Grand Duke of Elfheim. For one-thousand years he kept the peace between the great houses and was regarded as an especially egalitarian and sophisticated ruler. Besides his duties as Grand Duke Aillas mastered traditional elfin singing and poetry, mathematics, horse archery, falconry and philosophy. Some claimed Aillas was a living Saint or an angel sent by the Gods to usher in the Age of Elvenkind. When he was killed in single combat against [[The Highpriest]] many flocked to sing the praises of Saint Aillas. His cult remained a powerful authority in Elfheim as of '107.

In '79 Ichabod became the sole inheritor of a manor in the western marches and soon leveraged the estate to buy the surrounding lands from [[Winterwend|the crown]]. Allegedly, he financed the purchase by smuggling for the [[Armiger Syndicates]].

Ichabod never married but nevertheless fathered three children, each from a different mother. After the adoption of the young [[Mary Fitzgerard]] insidious rumors claimed that Ichabod had coupled with one of the [[Orc|Svartalfir]].

[[Dobaru: Treasure Hunt]] is a campaign that takes place in [[The Golden Archipelago]], located outside [[The Red Coast]].

=Events=

In 1232, the crew of [[The Flaccid Mast]] set out from [[The Sandswept Retreat]] with information from [[Captain Mara]] about a temple on an unmapped island, ready to search for treasure.

[[The Flaccid Mast#The Crew|The Crew]] landed on the island and were immediately attacked by [[Grippli]] Scouts. They fought back, and only one [[Grippli]] managed to escape. The crew gave chase, hoping the fleeing scout would lead them to the temple.

On the way, [[Vashle]] accidentally stepped into a gorilla’s nest containing a baby. The mother attacked the crew and, after Vashle went unconscious by her attacks, they slayed her.

After healing up and refocusing, the crew continued tracking the injured grippli until they reached a swamp and lost the track. The crew crossed the path and found the temple on the other side. It's entrance was defended by a couple of grippli attempting to fend off the crew, but they ended up defeated. The party had just started refocusing outside the entrance when the entrance started opening.

Out running came [[Grug]], a slow dwarven man, followed by a couple of [[Grippli]] which the party slew, siding with [[Grug]].

After resting up, the party decided to enter the temple. Inside were many [[Grippli]] which, after a long fight, the party defeated. However, [[Grug]] died of the poison that entered his blood during the fight.

Aillas was the first and only Grand Duke of Elfheim. For one-thousand years he kept the peace between the great houses and was regarded as an especially egalitarian and sophisticated ruler. Besides his duties as Grand Duke Aillas mastered traditional elfin singing and poetry, mathematics, horse archery, falconry and philosophy. Some claimed Aillas was a living Saint or an angel sent by the Gods to usher in the Age of Elvenkind. When he was killed in single combat against [[The Highpriest]] many flocked to sing the praises of Saint Aillas. His cult remained a powerful authority in Elfheim as of '107.
